A great way to celebrate the every day heroes in your community who work so hard to make ‘every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering parents and the community so speak on behalf of all children’ is to nominate them for an Arizona PTA Be A Hero Award!
This year we have revamped our old awards and have also added some exciting new awards to broaden our celebration of the people in our communities who work hard on behalf of children.
The Super Teacher of the Year award will be based on the submissions we’ve received all year long for Super Teacher of the Month. In the meantime we have

- Cornerstone Award (formerly Support Staff of the Year)

- LUV (Local Unit Volunteer-Formerly Volunteer of the Year) award
- Power Partner Award
- SuperMAN Award
- Outstanding Unit for Family Engagement
- Local PTA or Council of the Year
