Joining PTA allows you to make a difference in the lives of children, no matter where you join. PTA membership is open to EVERYONE regardless of whether you have children or are just interested in supporting the mission and vision of PTA! 

There are different ways for you to be involved:

Join your local PTA

Join the PTA near you. It may be a PTA affiliated with a particular school, or community PTA, that covers several schools. Use the look up feature on the National PTA website to find your local PTA, then contact the school or PTA president, and join.

Join Arizona PTA

If you don't have access to a local PTA, you can join the Arizona PTA State Unit. This membership is for individuals who wish to join PTA and become proud, card-carrying PTA members. The annual membership dues are just $10.00.  

Support Arizona PTA with your donations

Your contribution will help us continue to provide college scholarships, Reflections awards, Family Reading Programs, endowment funds, training programs for parents and concerned adults, workshops, publications and special projects that benefit all children.  For more information about making a donation to Arizona PTA, click here.

Join National PTA

If you are concerned with advocacy, or want more materials than a local PTA membership provides, consider joining the national PTA unit. You’ll get a print version of the official PTA magazine, as well as all the same great benefits of local membership. Visit www.pta.org for more information

Start a PTA in your school or community

If you are a parent, school employee, or concerned citizen in a school or area without a PTA, starting a new unit or Community PTA is easy to do.   Whether there is no parent group activity or your existing parent group wants to realize all the benefits of PTA membership, please contact the state office at 602-279-1811 or office@azpta.org
