Units in Western Arizona are managed by Donna Davis, Field Services Rep for Western Region
Hi Team! Donna has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, devoting most of her time to organizations that focus on youth, education and workforce development. She currently serves as the Senior Community Engagement Manager for Expect More Arizona and serves the Mohave/LaPaz, Pinal, Gila and western Maricopa counties. She has served as Legislative Issues Chair and Family Engagement Chair for Arizona PTA and she is looking forward to connecting to PTA's in the western part of our state.
Donna spent 23 years traveling the world as a military spouse and arrived in Phoenix in 1990 from Yemen. During those military years, Donna taught Reading Improvement at a Community College, 3 year olds at a pre-school, outdoor skills to Girl Scouts, and English to Yemeni military members. She was a PTA president in Tucson at Smith School on Davis-Monthan AFB. When asked to serve on the AZPTA board, she gladly offered her service.
Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in health education from the State University of New York, College at Brockport. She is a member of the Governor’s Commission for Service and Volunteerism and a graduate of Leadership West, Class 3. Recently, Donna was awarded the 2015 Phoenix Champion for Children award from Children’s Action Alliance. Donna and her husband of 42 years, Jeff, are the proud parents of 3 children and even prouder grandparents of 4 grandsons, Tyler (11) and Griffin (7), Jordan (4) and Edison (18 months), and Layla Katherine (3) their only granddaughter.
